What Our Backtests Actually Found
Tested on 6+ years of real XRP-USD daily closes (1,417 days, 152 detected turns) with Monte Carlo controls:
Gann levels showed no edge at any tolerance (p = 0.69–0.90). Lunar dates looked significant on the full sample
(p = 0.017–0.036) but failed the split-half test — the honest fingerprint of an overfit artifact, not a tradeable signal.
